Improvisation and Creativity in Dance and Movement Education in Primary School

The goal of this thesis is to remind the importance of the two selected categories of the educational content of the subject of dance and movement education in primary school: improvisation and creativity, their conception and implementation in education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part firstly deals with dance based on movement - the most natural activity of everyone. Then, the subject of dance and movement education is introduced together with its characteristics. The following chapters describe the importance of improvisation and creativity in dance and movement education. The practical part consists of a qualitative research of which the main aim was to find out how improvisation and creativity are being fulfilled in practice. The research was realized using the method of participating observation. That part also presents its results.
Possibilities of the art education to develop thinking dispositions of pupils

Student studied and presents the principles of Harvard University Project Zero programs The Artful Thinking and The Visible Thinking. The goal of both programs is to help teachers to create a connection between works of art and curriculum and to use the art to develop thinking dispositions of pupils. Student introduces in details principles, reports and impact of the project on the american education system. She then considers it in the context of czech primary school art education and connects it with the czech curriculum domain. The integral part of the thesis is a visual project realized in primary school. The author analyzes different ways of children's thinking and percieving and construction of meaning in the context of visual literacy. On basis of the findings the art project was proposed. Experiential Games as a Stimulus to Philosophical Dialogue - Creative Project

This thesis focuses on the usage of experiential games as a stimulus to philosophical dialogue. The theoretical part focuses on the methodology of experiential game and the philosophical dialogue. It includes the concepts and basic resources. It introduces the programme theory which is the basis for the second practical part of this thesis - the creative project. The practical part attempts to apply the experiential game as a stimulus to Philosophical Dialogue. It is a creative project, which focuses on the possible usage of the experiential game and the philosophical dialogue in one educational programme both in the formal and non-formal environment. Its content is derived from the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education edited by The Czech Republic Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS) in 2017.
The using the program Philosophy for children in instruction of pupils aged 12-14 years

The diploma thesis focuses on the description of the current state of Czech education. First of all, it represents the objectives and concepts of elementary education in the Czech Republic and brings closer to the requirements of the Framework Education Programmes. It describes closer the importance of key competencies and objectives of the educational field Citizenship Education. In the next part the diploma thesis introduces a program Philosophy for Children, whose principles correspond to a great extent with the objectives of elementary education, and therefore it seems to be a suitable tool for educating and education pupils. The empirical part will then offer a specific model of teaching built on the basis of Philosophy for Children and will assess its suitability for achieving the objectives of the educational field Citizenship Education.

(Un)Thinking Actor

This thesis is concerned with author's acting experiences. The aim is not to create a generally valid analysis but to give a personal statement, which is perceived in a broader context. The author basses this on the fact that he is a Thinking Actor who is constantly searching for his limits. He deals with the advantages and disadvantages of this regarding himself. The chapters are focused on different qualities which are essential for fine acting and the author compares these qualities with his mentioned abilities. Special attention has been paid to naturalness, truthfulness and the authenticity of acting.
